GENTLE RESTORATIVE - Focuses on relaxing and healing poses nurturing the body using props. A perfect place to relieve stress and anxiety and learn to breathe again.

YIN - Focuses on static postures held for longer periods of time to energize deep connective tissues, release blockages, and restore the flow of energy.

GENTLE - Focuses on relaxation and stress relief with some slow, challenging postures with options to modify.

YIN YANG - Similar to Vinyasa Slow Flow to build strength with some calming Yin postures to restore balance.

VINYASA FLOW (ALL LEVELS) - Empower yourself to build strength physically. mentally. and spiritually. This is a physically challenging practice that includes a variety of poses including balance and inversion with options to modify.
