Hey y'all, I had so much fun teaching this class last month, I couldn't wait to teach another!! Kids--the most natural yogis: turning themselves into different shapes all day and saying "Watch this!" I love teaching kids because they remind me how to have FUN with yoga! Can't wait to see y'all there. 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️
