GENTLE YOGA - Classes focus on relaxation and stress relief with some challenging postures with options to modify in a gentler way.
VINYASA FLOW LEVEL 2 - Classes offer general students a challenging practice cultivating strength and flexibility, with option to modify.
VINYASA FLOW LEVEL 3 - Classes are for experienced students who have a strong practice and developed awareness of healthy alignment. This is a physically challenging practice that includes a variety of pose types including balance and inversion.
YIN YOGA - Classes focus on static postures while relaxing and passively stretching and energizing deep connective tissues.
YIN YANG - Similar to Yin but with strengthening postures.
GENTLE - RESTORATIVE YOGA - Classes focus on Super relaxing & healing poses nurturing the body using props. A perfect place to relieve stress & anxiety & breathe again.
